From the very beginning, they talked me through every step of the process in exceptional detail, making sure I understood exactly what to expect. They created a safe and welcoming space where I felt completely comfortable asking questions, and they checked in frequently about my pain and tolerance levels to ensure I was always comfortable.

Both of them were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They provided so much helpful information throughout the treatment and even managed to share a few laughs, which really helped put me at ease. I truly appreciated their soft, safe, and attentive approach.
