Highly recommend. Marlon and Felippe are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making the entire process feel comfortable and trustworthy from the start. The clinic is clean and very well maintained. From the very beginning, they talked me through every step of the process in exceptional detail, making sure I understood exactly what to expect. They created a safe and welcoming space where I felt completely comfortable asking questions, and they checked in frequently about my pain and tolerance levels to ensure I was always comfortable. Both of them were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They provided so much helpful information throughout the treatment and even managed to share a few laughs, which really helped put me at ease. The team here are incredible! They explain the process so thoroughly, they’re so kind and knowledgeable. They make you feel so comfortable and tailor the treatment to suit you, answer any questions you have and are available to answer them before or after visiting.
