HIFU Glow

Downtime

There is typically no downtime following HIFU Glow treatment, and most patients can return to their normal activities immediately. Mild redness may occur immediately after treatment but usually settles within a few hours.

Aftercare

To support optimal skin recovery and treatment outcomes, we recommend:

 

• Applying broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen daily

• Keeping the skin well hydrated

• Using gentle skincare products for the first 24–48 hours

• Avoiding excessive sun exposure

• Avoiding heat-based activities such as saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for 24 hours

 

Most patients can resume their normal skincare routine shortly after treatment, including moisturisers and hyaluronic acid-based products.

Possible Side Effects

Side effects are generally mild and temporary. These may include:

 

• Mild redness

• Temporary warmth or sensitivity

• Mild swelling

• Slight tenderness to touch

 

These effects typically resolve within hours to a few days following treatment.
